ENOUGH

Enough of me.
Let God be God.
I tried to push things
through, my way,
to no avail…All in vain.
And have lost my precious
peace in the process.
Have lost my happiness;
I have lost my mind.

I thought about the many
times I had tried to have
it my way without any result.
I thought about the needless
battles I fought and lost because
I had wanted it my own way…
I thought about the heavy burdens
I had to bear, in spite of all;. ..
Because I wanted it done my way.
I looked back and counted the loss,
it was enormous…It was outrageous..

Then the still small voice, that
tender voice of the Holy Spirit,
pierced through my mind and
my marrow and whispered to me…
‘Enough! Enough! Enough of self will.
Enough of the anxiety and struggles.
Surrender all to the burden bearer.’..
It was an amazing encounter that
emptied me…A captivating experience
that led to self discovery. An eye opener
of my own very true self…

There and then, I received grace
to surrender self will to Him that
is faithful…And to say, my Father!, …
not my will but yours be done!
And my peace was restored…
That heaviness in my ♥ heart
gone for good.I felt the awesome
power of Christ rest upon me…
I am what I am because
of the grace of God at work in me.

*The human mind cannot
comprehend what God is
able to do with any vessel
that is willing to yield completely
to Him.God is truly great and dependable. Indeed,
He is awesome.
Jesus loves you.Just give Him a chance.
