MEET OUR DEPUTY EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

Mrs. Dickson Chinma Ihejirika fondly known as “Nma” obtained her first degree in English from Nigeria’s foremost university, the University of Ibadan. Afterward, she proceeded to the University of Ghana, Legon to acquire a second degree in English Language but could not complete her studies as a result of lack of school fees and other exigencies.

In spite of all this, she trusted God and did not quit her dream. Later, she returned to her home country Nigeria, where she gained admission into the prestigious University of Lagos. There she finally obtained a master’s degree in the English Language.

She began her career with Citratech Nigeria Limited where she worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Currently, she is with Property World African Network (PWAN) on a part-time basis as a Real Estate Investment Coach. In all modesty, she is a pathfinder. Through her ingenuity, she convened a team of experts to champion this noble cause. She functions in her capacity as the Founder and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of this reputable organisation ,“ Trending Gists and Communication Network” (TGCN).

Mrs. Dickson Ihejirika, “Nma” as she is called was born on the 18Th of October, 1978. She is a trained linguist, blogger, life coach, communication expert, translator, trainer, counselor, mentor, social analyst, promotions consultant, beauty therapist, and strategic planner. Given that she came from a less privileged background, she is committed to the propagation of social equality and inclusion programmes/affairs. Hence, she is a Social Equality and Inclusion Campaigner; a philanthropist, and notably, a virtuous woman.

By the grace of God, she worked her way out of obscurity to the limelight through ingenuity and a relentless effort toward the actualisation of her dream life. Nobly, her personality gained a new lease on life when she pursued her profound dream of academic excellence after she had been a simple housewife for many years.

Although she is a quintessential role model to a host of emerging housewives, young girls, market women etc., she is inspired by these iconic women in their various fields: Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie, a Nobel laureate, Judge Judy Sheindlin, a highly distinguished American judge and a T.V personality, Dr. Obiageli “Oby” Ezekwesili, a noble stateswoman and the Convener “Bring Back Our Girls Movement”, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a renowned Nigerian-American Economist, the veteran Nigerian actress, Joke Silver, Omotola “Omo Sexy” Jalade Ekeinde MFR, a Nigerian actress and singer and Pauline Joyce Meyer, an American Charismatic preacher and the president of Joyce Meyer Ministries.

Her ultimate dream is to raise a strong community of visionary leaders who will rise to promote social equality and inclusion mandate in Nigeria and beyond.
