During Buhari’s regime, the economic hardship was very severe in Nigeria. We know that some people did not feel it because they are so heavily connected.
One lady could not bear the hardship in her home any longer. So her husband gave her five hundred naira to manage and cook something at all, at least ‘ to hold belle’.
The man went out with the hope that the ‘used to be virtuos wife’ could possibly do the magic; not knowing that ‘ the woman don tire to dey suffer’. So the man came back after hours with great excitement and called out to his wife to bring the food…
Mhhh…. Out of anger, she took a very wrong decision. The woman went and looked for the best plate to serve her husband. With all the joy and excitement, the man opened the plate, to his amazement; he saw that his wife only put the same five hundred naira note in the plate and served him.
Wahala burst… The man out of anger, descended on his wife and the man was later arrested for domestic violence.
Finally, the abused woman abandoned her children and left…
ADVICE TO MR. PRESIDENT
Mr.PRESIDENT, Sir, we advise you to do your best to keep up to your promises to grow our economy early in your service in order to save women from regular domestic abuse as a result of economic hardship.
Our prayer is that Mr. President will be guided by wisdom and compassion to be able to project policies that will lead to a robust economy.
Thank you Sir for your prompt response to salvage the economy of our beloved nation, Nigeria.🇳🇬
